  1. Click Download Support Tool above and open the downloaded file.
  2. Follow the prompts to install it, just like any other application.
  3. Once it's installed, open it. A window opens showing your ID and a one-time password.
  4. Read that ID to your technician, or type it in if they ask you to connect.

Only share your ID with someone you know is a Helios Security Group technician. We will never ask you to download this tool out of the blue.
